TERMS OF SERVICE — HOMEFRONT HOUNDS
Last updated: July 5, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of homefronthounds.com (the
"Site") and any purchase you make through it. Homefront Hounds is a sole
proprietorship operated by Albert Garduño, based in Buckeye, Arizona. By
using this Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using this Site, browsing our products, creating an account,
or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy
Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this Site.
2. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
We do our best to accurately describe and photograph every product, including
sizing, color, and materials. Colors may vary slightly due to monitor
settings and the print-on-demand production process. We do not warrant that
product descriptions, images, or other content on the Site are完全 error-free.
If a product you receive is materially different from its listing due to our
error, contact hello@homefronthounds.com and we'll make it right.
3. PRICING AND ERRORS
All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to correct any pricing
errors at any time, including after an order has been placed. If a pricing
error is discovered after you've completed a purchase, we will contact you
with the correct price and give you the option to confirm the order at the
correct price or cancel for a full refund.
4. ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Your order is an offer to buy. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any
order for any reason, including suspected fraud, unauthorized reseller
activity, errors in pricing or product information, or issues identified by
our fraud detection or payment processor. If we cancel an order after
payment, you will receive a full refund.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs, artwork, logos, the "Homefront Hounds" name, "Every Dog Has A
Post," "Loyal. Local. Legendary.," and related marks are the property of
Homefront Hounds / Albert Garduño. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify,
or create derivative works from our designs or branding without prior
written permission. Purchasing a product gives you ownership of that
physical item — it does not grant you rights to the design itself.
6. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to use this Site to: violate any law; infringe on the
intellectual property of others; transmit malicious code; attempt
unauthorized access to our systems; or interfere with the Site's operation.
7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
This Site and all products are provided "as is" without warranties of any
kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We
do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by Arizona law, Homefront Hounds and Albert
Garduño will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special,
consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or
purchase of any product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for
the product giving rise to the claim.
9. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Homefront Hounds and Albert Garduño
from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable
attorney's fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the
Site.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard
to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will
be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County,
Arizona.
11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect immediately
upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are
posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
