Refund policy
RETURN & REFUND POLICY — HOMEFRONT HOUNDS
Homefront Hounds products are made to order. Every item is printed specifically
for you after you place your order — nothing is pulled from a shelf. Because of
that, our return policy works differently than a normal retail store, and we'd
rather tell you straight than bury it in fine print.
WHAT WE COVER
If your order arrives defective, damaged in transit, or you received the wrong
item, we will replace it at no cost to you. This is covered for 30 days from
the date your order is marked delivered.
To start a claim, email hello@homefronthounds.com with:
1. Your order number
2. A clear photo of the defect, damage, or incorrect item
3. A brief description of the issue
We'll review and respond within 2 business days with a replacement or, if a
replacement isn't possible, a full refund.
WHAT WE DON'T COVER
Because every item is made specifically for your order, we cannot accept
returns or exchanges for:
- Wrong size ordered (please check our size chart on each product page before
ordering)
- Change of mind
- Color appearing different on-screen than in person (monitors vary)
This isn't us dodging responsibility — it's the tradeoff of print-on-demand.
We don't hold inventory, which means less waste and no overstock landfill,
but it also means we can't restock or resell a returned item like a normal
store could.
REFUND PROCESSING
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10
business days of approval.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Because production starts quickly, we can only cancel or modify an order
within 4 hours of purchase. Email hello@homefronthounds.com immediately if
you need to make a change.
