Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY — HOMEFRONT HOUNDS

Homefront Hounds products are made to order through our print-on-demand
partner. We don't hold pre-made inventory — each item is printed after you
order it, which means slightly longer timelines than a store shipping from a
warehouse shelf, but also means less waste and no overstock.

PRODUCTION TIME
Every order goes into production after purchase. Production takes 2-5
business days before it ships. This is separate from shipping transit time
below.

ORDER CUTOFF
Orders placed before 11:00 AM PT on a weekday begin production that same
day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM PT, or on a weekend/holiday, begin
production the next business day.

SHIPPING TIME (U.S. ONLY)
Once your order leaves production, standard U.S. shipping takes an
additional 3-8 business days depending on your location.

Total estimated time from order to delivery: 5-13 business days.

WHERE WE SHIP
At launch, we ship to addresses within the United States only.
International shipping is not available yet — we're starting local and
plan to expand.

TRACKING
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information
within 24 hours of your order shipping. If you don't see it, check spam
before emailing us.

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES
Tracking shows "delivered" but you don't have your package? Wait 48 hours —
carriers sometimes mark packages delivered slightly early. If it's still
missing after 21 days from the ship date (not the order date), email
hello@homefronthounds.com with your order number and we'll investigate a
replacement or refund.

MULTIPLE ITEMS, MULTIPLE PACKAGES
If you order more than one product, items may ship separately and arrive on
different days, since different products may be produced at different
facilities. This is normal — you'll get tracking for each shipment.

ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Once an order enters
production, we cannot guarantee we can redirect it if the address was
entered incorrectly. Packages returned to sender due to an incorrect address
provided at checkout may be subject to a reshipping fee.
